My passion for teaching and mentoring is evident with over 10 years of experience in leadership roles, and 6 years of planning, developing, and implementing curriculum and projects has molded me into a effective Project Manager. Instructing large classes of up to 280 students, I have learned to teach in a way that is accessible to a diverse group of people.  I enjoy creating inclusive environments that promote individuals' learning and skill development, while maximizing their potential. In evaluations, students express positive feedback about my effectiveness, including my passion, inclusivity, and knowledge. I exhibit strong multi-tasking, planning, organization, teamwork, and time-management skills. I am organized, ambitious, adaptable, and excited to further my career in learning and development/ project management.
